...the rights for films of X-Men and Spider-Man (and any others I'm
missing).
That's just something I had to wonder, since there is talk about it.
Disney is a global conglomerate, and I'm sure they're making good
money still (even if they may have already spent the money when the
sold Power Rangers back to Saban).
So...how much would getting the rights back for the films of X-Men and
Spider-Man be?

I should think that they wont ever get back X-Men or Spider-Man. They
are just too big of a cash cow. It would take Fox or Sony going near
to broke to do it, as then they might sell back the rights in order to
get some quick cash.
Supposedly with a new Fantastic Four film about to go in to
production, and talk about the Daredevil reboot, they wont get them
back any time soon either, and Nick Cage loves Ghost Rider, so that
wont go back as he keeps looking to make them.
However, Silver Surfer died a death, so it's likely close to the time
when the rights to him, and I assume Galactus, would revert back.
Similarly, Punisher must be pretty close to swapping back as well, if
it hasn't already.
The better idea all round here would be to let Marvel look to making
the films, and then Sony or Fox distribute them. That was Fox and Sony
can have some money, but the fans would get a better and likely more
highly regarded/money making movie. However even that is unlikely to
happen.
All we can hope for is that the success of the Avengers will make
these other studios realize that actually, people WILL go and see
comic book movies and that they can make some of the bigger and more
comic stuff work.

It likely won't happen. They were close to getting X-Men back, but Fox
s*** out that Wolverine movie to keep them from reverting. These
studios know they're sitting on gold mines, so they won't give them
up. They just have to keep the franchises active to keep the rights,
so they keep pumping out flicks.

It would also require Fox and Sony to stop making Spiderman and X-Men
movies so that the rights COULD revert to Marvel. That's the entire
purpose of the new Spiderman movie, for Sony to retain movie rights.
